Ever have tomatoes leftover in the fridge that aren't quite ripe enough for your salad sandwich, but still to good to throw out?? Save them! I pull al of mine in a mini food processor and blitz them straight away, I'll pop them into a snap lock bag and freeze until I need them. Great for soups, spaghetti bol , or even stews! You'll never throw out a tomato again!
