No Fail Pancakes to Indulge in Over Your Weekend



Pancakes! Weekend! Crisp Winter days!  They go hand in hand really, don't they? 




We have good friends who LOOOOVVE pancakes, so much so, that's It's a family tradition of there's that happens every Saturday with there two gorgeous girls. Every time we have pancakes now, especially on Saturday's we always think of them. Dad get's the pancake mix well under way, while mums brewing the coffees, now that's what I call Saturday perfection!

The ingredients to these Pancakes, are ALL pantry staples, which is why it makes them SO easy to make! And might I add super delicious! I have searched high and low over the years for the perfect pancakes, and this is defiantly my go too! We always have mutilple pans going too so we can all eat at the same time!
So if you don't have all these ingredients on hand, get to the shop's Pronto ready for your weekend!!

Ingredients-

3/4 C milk
2 Tablespoons white vinegar
1 C plain flour
1 Tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1egg
2 Tablespoons butter, melted

TOPPING OPTIONS
Bananas
Strawberries
Blueberries
Jam & Ice-cream
Maple Syrup
Nutella
Crushed Nuts
Lemon & Sugar

Combine milk with Vinegar in a medium bowl, and set side for 5 minute to 'sour'.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarb soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into 'Soured Milk'. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisks until all lumps are gone.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray or butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.

Add all of your favourite toppings and ENJOY!!!
